What We Do
Go Notary is a mobile notary company that is certified, bonded, insured and ready to serve you anytime and at any place. Serving Leon and other surrounding Panhandle counties.
Here at GoNotary LLC, we understand how daunting of a task it is for borrowers to go through the process of buying and selling a property. One simple error can cost a mortgage rate lock, a buyer to miss escrow, or simply cause a major headache!
This is why our notaries go through a 3 step quality check to ensure a signing is COMPLETE. This quality check results in:
No missed dates.
No missed initials.
and no missed signatures…
Our notaries will actually take the time to walk borrowers through all of the important documents at the loan signing. Unlike other notaries, we don’t just shove papers in a borrows face. We are impartial, but not uneducated!
Notice of Right to Cancel? We make sure borrowers initial any corrections. 1003? We won’t forget to have the borrower sign at the top! FHA or VA Loan Application? We don’t let those sneaky signature lines get away from us!
Documents will always be returned either immediately after a signing or first thing the next morning.
Need documents signed at 5 a.m.? How about 10 p.m.? Weekends? We will GO to you!
Did we also mention that we package documents? No charge to you!
